Numerical Study and Structural Optimization of Vehicular Oil Cooler Based on 3D Impermeable Flow Model

چکیده

A non-uniform permeable flow numerical model of vehicular oil cooler was proposed to simulate the thermal performance cooler, due complex internal structure and anisotropy coolant heat transfer. By comparing simulation results with experimental results, maximum error under different working conditions is 9.2%, which indicates that modelling method reliable can improve development efficiency. On this basis, through three-dimensional establish optimize cooler’s parameters. The structural were compared using comprehensive evaluation factor j/f. data show impermeable obtain good transfer efficiency low resistance at same time. When cross-sectional area 3 mm2, length 90 mm, layer number 11, accuracy 0.6%, as optimal parameters, increase by 47% total pressure drop increased only 30%.
